This set of six steak knives stems from a collaboration between the Italian chef Gualtiero Marchesi and Coltellerie Berti, arguably the top Italian knife maker. Entirely handmade, these full-tang blades are laser cut from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and carefully hand-sharpened. The classic look is completed by stylish black handles, riveted in place for extra durability.
